Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
Do you work on other European models?
Yes, with the addition of Steve Jones, we now offer service and restoration for air-cooled Porsche and vintage BMW by appointment only.
How much for an oil change?
We prefer to perform services similar to Mercedes factory A and B Services. These services provide a full technician report and include the engine oil and filter service alongside a robust safety/maintenance inspection, with a service history review, fluid top-offs, tire pressure adjustment, maintenance interval reset, and full-service wash. Typically the B service will also include windshield wiper replacement and cabin air filter renewal. Pricing varies based on vehicle year and model.
Do you handle Mercedes-Benz warranty work?
When your Mercedes is with us for maintenance or repairs, we will check for recalls due and confirm remaining warranty coverage. While we are not authorized to perform repairs covered under factory warranty like the dealerships, we do have a close partnership with them. We can facilitate bringing your vehicle to the dealership for warranty-covered repairs or recalls.
Do you service vintage cars? What years?
We specialize in vintage and classic Mercedes of all eras, particularly vehicles from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s.
Can you help with a Mercedes-Benz recall?

Do you do routine maintenance on newer Mercedes-Benz models?
Yes, we maintain Mercedes of all eras. Our decades of experience, both in and outside of dealerships, have allowed us to develop a robust maintenance schedule aimed at ensuring longevity for every Mercedes-Benz model.
Should I bring in a Mercedes with a check engine light on?
Yes, it's advisable to bring your Mercedes in as soon as possible if the check engine light is on. The light indicates that the vehicle's drivetrain is not functioning as designed, and delaying diagnosis may worsen the issue and lead to costly repairs.
How many miles can I expect to get out of my Mercedes?
